If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@terraformo.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the courier, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  1. File a claim with the courier company for lost or stolen packages.

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf. If the package is not located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, filing a police report may be necessary.
