After this period, your order may have entered the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
At Terraformo, we ensure careful packaging to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, where the product itself is intact, is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@terraformo.com. Include a clear photo of the damage for assessment. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as the courier, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. If you encounter delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. Terraformo is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of placing your order, Terraformo cannot offer a refund or resend the item.
